To check in with your booking at the hotelomat 24h.

• It's as easy as pulling a ticket.
• Wrong entries and fun names are punishable according to the Hessische Registration Act!
• Please use the name that is noted on your bank / credit card and then fill out the registration form.
• Attention:Anonymous / implausible bookings are not accepted and we will automatically ask for your ID.
• The registration form must be digitally signed on the pad and confirmed with OK.
• Do you have a reservation? Then all you need is your reservation number.
• Unfortunately, some booking portals only send us your name, so you have to add your address yourself.
  We already received the rest of the information when making the reservation.
  You can correct the data directly on the screen.
• Haven't you made a reservation and would like to "walk in"?
  You can spontaneously book a room at the hotelomat.
  Our Hotelomat checks which rooms are currently available and shows you all available room categories.
  However, if we are fully booked, this option is not available to you.
  CORONA time restrictions: We only accept WALK-In check-ins until 11:45 p.m.
•     The direct online booking via our i-Motel WEB page is for you i. d. R. cheaper.
•     We accept valid EC cards, MasterCard (MC), Maestro and VISA.

    Our tip: save your room code on your mobile phone to avoid forgetting.

1.) Company name (if no company, please continue)
2.) Last name, first name in the NAME field
3.) Street
4.) ZIP code
5.) Location
6.) Breakfast selection with Yes -> please enter the number of people
7.) The total amount due is displayed in euros
8.) Insert your EC card, MasterCard (MC), Visa into the card slot (magnetic stripe below right)
9.) If necessary, enter your PIN (for EC cards) in the lower keypad
10.) Sign the registration form
11.) Remove card
12.) If the card has been accepted, you will receive your (taxable) invoice with room number and room entry code.

You can now go straight to your room (follow the signs outside).

• As a pet owner, you have two rooms on the ground floor, in which a maximum of one small dog is allowed.
• Please make sure that your dog is accommodated in the bathroom wherever possible and never stays alone / unsupervised.
• Basically, all hotel rooms are suitable for allergy sufferers.
  Therefore, pets are prohibited in all other rooms / room categories.

Our hotel day usually goes from 4pm to 11am the following day. If you want to check in early (e.g. at 1 p.m.), prior consultation is required.
On weekends and public holidays, please clarify your arrival time with us.
Only with this information can we prepare your room accordingly and schedule our cleaning staff.
